Rewards and Discount Programs

rapid! PayCard offers its cardholders the opportunity to receive rewards and instant discounts.  Visa sponsored merchant discount coupons which can be used either on-line or in-store are also available to cardholders.

Cash Back Merchant Rewards

Employees can opt into a cash back merchant rewards program that pays them for normal purchasing behavior. The program has the following components:

• Cardholders receive offers from merchants
• Cash rewards are paid directly to card accounts, when cardholders purchase from participating merchants
• Respectful of your privacy
    o Advertisers target behaviors, not individuals
    o Employee’s purchase data never leaves the rapid! PayCard Systems
    o Only aggregate reporting available to advertisers

Interest Bearing Savings

Our cardholders have access to an interest bearing savings account or “purse” on the card for cardholders. The interest is similar to any bank savings account. Cardholders can put money aside and save for:

Bill Payment

Cardholders can pay their routine bills over the phone or Web portal using the funds on their cards. Cardholders can choose from over 6,000 billing companies and can pay multiple bills in a matter of minutes. With Bill pay, cardholders can pay their bills at any time, day or night providing value and convenience over having to pay bills in person with cash or being forced to purchase and mail money orders.

Portability

The rapid! PayCard is your private card account. You can use your rapid! PayCard to receive your pay at multiple jobs and continue to use it if your employment ends with the company that issued your original card.

International Money Transfer (IMT)

Cardholders have access to a “Card to Cash” international money transfer product that allows cardholders the ability to send funds to beneficiaries all over the world. Cardholders select the recipient off a buddy list, and then choose the country of destination and the payout location. The system provides them with a confirmation number and the currency exchange amount over the phone, web, or as a text alert.

Reloading

rapid! PayCard card holders have the ability to load payroll direct deposits by providing their employer with their account number and routing number. Cardholders can also, easily, and conveniently reload their cards. The rapid! PayCard accepts standard employer direct deposits, just like a bank account by using any of the 50,000 POS locations on the GreenDot network.

ePayStub and Online W2 Forms

ePayStub and Online W2 Forms benefit employees, employers and the environment. This service eliminates paper from an employer’s payroll system through compliant, electronic access for all their employees.

Cardholders and non-cardholders will have less paper to keep track of and less worry about losing valuable information. Employers can reduce the production, distribution and environmental costs associated with printing paycheck stubs and w2s. In addition to online access, employees can access summary paycheck stub information through text alerts and automated toll free number.
